UNITED METHODIST WOMEN: Mark your calendar for a District Mission Study titled “The Beauty and Courage of Sudan” at Bethpage UMC on Sunday, March 21, 2010 from 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
TUESDAY, MARCH 23, 2010: Bishop Goodpaster invites the laity of the Salisbury District to an informal gathering at Epworth UMC (1030 Burrage Road, Concord, 28025) from 6:30-8:00 PM. The bishop will share information with the laity about the Power of 3 in the WNCC, current goals for planting new churches, new efforts to align the conference for the purpose of achieving the church’s mission, and a whole lot more. Bishop Goodpaster will allow plenty of time for questions and answers. We encourage you to participate in this opportunity.
MARCH 28 – PALM SUNDAY: Please join us on Sunday, March 28 as we honor Palm Sunday at our 11:00 a.m. service.
APRIL 1 – MAUNDY THURSDAY/GOOD FRIDAY: Then join us Thursday, April 1 at 7:00 p.m. for our Maundy Thursday service.
APRIL 4 – EASTER SUNDAY: Easter Sunday festivities begin on Sunday, April 4th at 7:00 a.m. with a Sunrise Service. Following the Sunrise Service breakfast will be served in the fellowship building. The Easter tradition will then continue with an 11:00 a.m. Easter Service.
